Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

By making a reservation with a hotel through Koh Phangan TV, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no show policy of that hotel. This individual hotel cancellation policy (if any) is detailed on the prices page of each hotel website

For hotels that do not display a cancellation policy (or a full cancellation policy) then the cancellation policy will revert to our standard cancellation terms contained below on this page.

Standard Cancellation Terms

1. Deposits can be refunded up to 30 days before check in.

2. A full refund of the advance deposit will be made less any costs of money transfer i.e. bank charges, Paypal costs, Moneybookers costs & so on that have been incurred by Koh Phangan TV and the associated hotel.

3. Cancellations within 30 days of check in and no shows will be charged at 100%. No deposit can be returned.

4. Any additional terms and conditions of the hotel as specified on the prices page of each hotel website will apply. This includes services rendered and / or products offered by the hotel.

5. Please note that certain discounted rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.

6. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

7. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the email address from which a booking confirmation was originally sent.
