The Chef Tummy Thai Cooking School is based at Haadlad Prestige Resort at Haad Salad on the west coast of Koh Phangan. The Thai cooking school is designed for the adventurous amateur cook or professional chef who wants to get a broad overview of the tantalizing flavours and tastes of Thai cooking.
Morning or afternoon classes are available, as well as three day and five day intensive courses. The class is situated overlooking Haad Salad beach and is one of Thailands few ocean view cooking schools. Class sizes are limited to give each student the maximum amount of time for instruction and questions.
Each daily course will involve a trip to the market to learn about fresh ingredients, there is a talk from Chef Tummy - an overview of Thai cooking and then there is cooking in practice. Each student has an individual work station with a wok and ingredients of the day. Working in unison each student follows the instructions of Chef Tummy to produce some fantastic dishes which can all be produced upon your return home to wow your friends and family.
