Koh Phangan is home to 14 temples that offer the islanders spiritual inspiration and guidance. Whilst being nothing like the ornate temples from Bangkok they offer an insight into traditional Thai life and Buddhist values. Some of the temples offer meditation classes and all are welcome to enter into the ceremonies and actvities. Ladies be polite and cover up - that is all that is asked.
